Learn key filmmaking skills and techniques over the course of 5 weeks.

This evening filmmaking course for young people (age 13 – 16) gives you an opportunity to get hands with key filmmaking skills. Each week you’ll get a chance to learn about a different area of the filmmaking process, giving you all the information you need to go out and create your own silver screen stories!

On the course you’ll learn:

• Idea and script development
• Filming and camera skills
• Audio recording & foley
• Animation & special effects
• Editing

*There are a limited number of reduced price bursary places (£85) available for those to whom price would be a barrier for their young person attending this course. Please get in touch with Luke at digital@exeterphoenix.org.uk if you would like to discuss this.

TUTOR: ISGARD WILD

Isgard Wild is a freelance creative and workshop coordinator based in Exeter.

For the last 14 years she has been delivering a range of craft and animation based workshops for teenagers, kids and families. She has a BA in Fine Art and also works as Creative Media lecturer at Exeter College.
