Two Hour Workshop

We go back to one of very first and most important methods of animation for this two hour children’s workshop for 5 – 11 year olds. Flipbooks are a series of pictures that change vary gradually from one page to the next, so that when the pages are turned rapidly, the pictures appear to animate by motion.

Flipbooks are a fun and informative way for children to learn about the basic principles of animation and tell their very own stories. Flipbooks and mart materials will be provided, they just need to bring along their imaginations and ideas!

Children will be able to take their designs home with them at the end of the session. Parents/guardians are welcome to stay for the workshop and join in the fun!
