Max Muller has been a qualified counsellor and registered member of BACP since 2011 and gained qualified teacher status in 2014. He takes an integrative approach to therapy, with a strong humanistic foundation. He lectures at Iron Mill College and he is also programme manager for a diploma in counselling at Bridgwater and Taunton College. He has taught and trained in a variety of fields, especially around addiction and mental health. He has delivered mental health training to Avon and Somerset Constabulary and the National Autistic Society, amongst others. Max is currently doing a Master’s Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy Practice. His research is exploring how technology such as smartphones and social media are creating new and complex forms of addictive behaviour in people.
Malcolm Richards is a Senior Lecturer in Education at the University of the West of England. His research interests include equity in education, anti-racist teacher education, Black Studies in Education, and teacher funds of identity approaches in education. Malcolm is also co/owner of Bookbag, Exeter’s independent bookshop.
Patrick Dumas is a Mental Health advocate, strategist, speaker and podcaster. A former Royal Engineers bomb disposal specialist running a 24/7 mental health service online on Instagram – @openupwithpaddy whilst running The Wellbeing Club Plymouth
