Create your own Emergency Stress-Relief Box! In the first half of the workshop Holly will work with participants in a crafting session to decorate a small box which can be taken home by participants. In the second half she will curate a discussion with the group to generate a variety of stress-relief tips, and positive thoughts which can be stored in each participants box. This workshop gives participants the chance to express personal experiences of stress, as well as to develop creative skills and experiences.
