Shadow Play Workshop

A session on how to make some shadow puppets you can take home, including a short performance at the end of the session. Led by Willem Montagne, local Shadow puppet maker.

Beginning with a demonstration of some varied puppets, Willem will take you through how to tell your story using shadow puppets, the tricks of the process and the structure of your story building. Making your own puppets and scenery you will then have the chance to practice and perform a shadow puppet play, which we will film.
