Online mindfulness taster session

Discover the benefits of mindfulness for your health and wellbeing at TALKWORKS’ Mindfulness taster workshop on Friday 6 May at 12:00.

The one hour Mindfulness taster session will look at how mindfulness-based approaches can help with managing issues we all face such as stress, anxiety and low mood.

This workshop will involve an introduction on what we mean by mindfulness, followed by being led through some mindfulness meditation practices. You don’t need to have any prior knowledge or experience of mindfulness to attend or benefit from the session.

The workshop will be taking place via Microsoft Teams so that you join from the comfort of your own home, workplace, or at a location that works for you.

All of our places are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.


ABOUT TALKWORKS

TALKWORKS is working with Bloom to help raise awareness of what NHS support people can access locally for their mental health. They will also have a stand open throughout the day where people can pick up information about us or ask our friendly practitioners any questions you may have about the service and are running an online fringe event on Mindfulness before the festival on Friday 6th May.

The service is here to help anyone struggling with low mood, anxiety, stress, sleepless nights to feel better again and get back on track.
