Nature connection is amazing! It can reduce anxiety; ease stress; boost energy; improve attention and enhance creativity. It’s also a powerful spiritual practice that can catalyse feelings of awe, inspiration and a sense of connection to a greater whole. You’ll learn simple ways to re-connect with nature that you can use anytime. There are three keys to nature connection: slow down, be curious and use all your senses.
In this 90 minute workshop in Exeter’s beautiful Rougemont Gardens, we’ll be using mindfulness to slow down and exploring how sensory awareness can nurture curiosity.
Where to Meet
Meet at the bottom of the front steps of Exeter Phoenix, before a short walk to Rougemont Gardens.
10 persons maximum, so please arrive early to avoid disappointment.
Access Information
The Park is hilly in places and possibly muddy. Although there are no unusual hazards, you can expect insects, nettles, brambles, minor trip hazards and weather! Bring water and optionally, a hat, sun cream and insect repellent.
