Artists Talk: Clare Thornton

Clare Thornton is an interdisciplinary maker working predominantly with performance, sculpture, installation and print. She uses a variety of props and materials to examine her relationship to certain objects, texts and spaces and to explore memory, materiality and desire. Conversation, collaboration and cross-disciplinary exchange across diverse fields of art and science are crucial elements in her process of making.
