Movements of Care Workshop

Katherine Hall

Katherine would like to invite carers, aged 16 years and above, to attend a workshop exploring ideas around her book work Movements of Care and performance work, You Sit There. The session will include time to share stories and explore ideas about caring and receiving care in a supportive environment, through simple movement and conversations.

No dance experience is necessary but a will to move together is welcome. Katherine will provide some snacks and you are welcome to bring your own lunch to eat together. Please wear comfortable clothing and indoor trainers or bare feet to move in.
