Mental Health Awareness Weekend

Join us for a welcoming, supportive and inclusive weekend of activity for Mental Health Awareness week.

With a focus on community and wellbeing, get involved in a range of activity including laughter yoga, listening cafés, walking groups, exhibitions, talks, panel discussions, open mic, board games, circus skills, dance classes, art and drama workshops, poetry and more.

All activities are free to take part in. Documental Theatre’s script-in-hand reading of new play Cracking is ‘pay what you feel’, with 30% of proceeds going towards a mental health charity.

This weekend of activity would not have been possible without the generous input of our local community and the kind support of The Wellcome Centre.
