If you’re looking into gender affirming care and still have questions, stop by to ask Dr Debby Jackson (she/her), a clinical psychologist and gender diversity specialist.

She has worked in gender identity healthcare for nine years, both in the NHS and in private practice. She set up Gender Identity South West in 2021. The service provides assessment and support and facilitates access to treatment for trans, non-binary and gender diverse people in the region, who are seeking to achieve a greater sense of physical and social comfort in their gendered selves.

Come As You Are

Now in its third iteration at Exeter Phoenix, Come As You Are is a vibrant one-day festival which explores issues around gender identity and celebrates the local trans, non-binary and genderqueer community

The day is free, and includes a packed programme spread across the whole venue with performances, discussions, poetry, art, workshops, comedy, stalls and much more on offer to all visitors.
