Experience the festival that changed everything like never before.
Dolly’s Film Club is bringing you 3 days of peace and music, in one night!
The Oscar winning documentary Woodstock, which chronicled the 1969 festival from build to breakdown and every mud spattered, love filled, musical moment in between.
Featuring influential editing techniques, utilising split screens to show as much as possible and beautiful snapshot interviews with icons, organisers, punters, freaks and locals.
Blow off the winter, and join us for a special screening experience of the seminal event, bringing a little festival feel to Exeter Phoenix’s auditorium and some of the most iconic artists of all time to the big screen.
AND REMEMBER…. Stay away from the brown acid!
Catnip
You are strongly encouraged to dress for the fest, and prizes are always available. Think fringing, tie dye and for the bold amongst you, a leather waistcoat no shirt.
This is not a traditional screening, you can stand, dance, bring a blanket to sit on… it’s a festival! A selection of blankets and cushions will be available on the evening and you can come and go throughout the film.
Please contact the box office if you have specific access requirements you’d like to discuss.
