Join us for the premiere of the Torquay Cinema Heritage Project, a collection of short films that look at the history and impact of cinema and film in Torquay and how the people, places and memories of cinema going continue to influence the town.

Held in the incredible Kent’s Cavern, this event will be a celebration of the importance of local heritage, and the joy that comes from capturing and sharing collective memories.

This collection of short films has been with support from the Torbay Local Heritage Small Grant Scheme. Torbay’s local heritage grants scheme is a collaboration between Torbay Council, Torbay Culture, and the English Riviera UNESCO Global Geopark. It is made possible thanks to investment from The National Lottery Heritage Fund.
