In a dystopian, but eerily imaginable, near-future Tokyo, Neo Sora’s striking debut feature follows a group of teenagers rebelling against societal expectations, and authoritarian surveillance.

Under tightening AI surveillance at their restrictive school, reflecting the even more restrictive society around it, best friends Yuta and Kou confront a world they’re not sure they fit into, finding their feet and catharsis in different outlets from opposition and resistance to hedonistic nihilism.
