Using the Written Word to Support Mental Wellbeing with Qwell

In the workshop facilitator Joanne Overton-Pitts will show you how writing in many forms, can be a helpful tool for self-care – including managing stress, anxiety and depression,

Through guided exercises, Joanne aims to explore how navigating difficult emotions through getting thoughts and feelings out on paper can help to improve your mental health, by processing thoughts and feelings in an external way.

At the end of the session Joanne will share a little information about free resources available to help you explore writing, via Qwell.
