WALKWAY GALLERY

The Makers Group is a creative and social group offering a welcoming space in a beautiful setting for people to meet others, build self-confidence and develop their own creative practice. Members learn skills and develop their creativity in response to the land, using its resources in sustainable ways.

For this exhibition we chose to develop old lampshade frames into unique pieces that express something of our identity as individuals, and as a group The Project offered space for everybody to explore and develop their preferred techniques and approaches and as the project developed so did a vision of the talented and diverse group that we are.
