The Papers started in London in the 1980s, hitting the London indie charts at number 3 with their first single How Many More. Their new album Paintbox will be launched at this special event.
The Summer Carnivali will be a multi-media experience, including world cinema imagery and a range of world music. It will be filmed and streamed online across the world, so come dressed up! Just a mask will do but the bigger the costume the better!
Certainly the best track on Heat from the Streets and the best single from a new band this week
TRACKS Magazine
Unlike the Gillan effort The Papers Hit hard with How many More for the third world War? a clipped attractive Ska reggae beat fusion, illuminated by shining sax breaks and crisp loud production. Hello Oblivion the B, is equally convincing
