Summer Carnivali! with The Papers

+ Emily Howard and The DillyBoys
+ Paul Kouatchou

The Papers started in London in the 1980s, hitting the London indie charts at number 3 with their first single How Many More. Their new album Paintbox will be launched at this special event.

The Summer Carnivali will be a multi-media experience, including world cinema imagery and a range of world music. It will be filmed and streamed online across the world, so come dressed up! Just a mask will do but the bigger the costume the better!

‘Certainly the best track on “Heat from the Streets” and the best single from a new band this week’
TRACKS Magazine

‘Unlike the Gillan effort The Papers Hit hard with “How many More for the third world War?” a clipped attractive Ska reggae beat fusion, illuminated by shining sax breaks and crisp loud production. “Hello Oblivion” the B, is equally convincing’
