South West Dance Hub (SWDH) is an inspirational and nurturing space for dance artists, movers & makers to share, learn, grow, support and be supported within our practices. SWOH is supported by Exeter Phoenix through studio space, yearly performance opportunities and marketing. This allows us to run a weekly morning Hub Company session and an Open Hub afternoon session for the artistic community on Tuesdays offering space for professionals & the community.

With a focus on dance and movement, SWDH is an open group for artists interested in collaborating and developing professional practice, with a focus on exploration in studio time. This has created a vibrant cross art community of professional artists encompassing: filmmakers, visual artists, musicians, spoken word, costume and theatre practitioners.

SWDH is open on Tuesday afternoons to new collaborations with artists, dancers and movers from all genres. Please get in touch if you’d like to be involved, and come and see what we do.
