Singalong Performance for Families with Laura Loft

This year at Bloom 2022, Laura is excited to offer an interactive reading of her Big Emotions book which will include a film projection, original soundtrack plus some interactive sing-a-long songs for families and children 3-8yrs old.

The book has been thoughtfully created as a preventative tool to help nurture young people’s mental health. (www.lauraloftmusic.com/big-emotions). To regulate big emotions we must firstly be able to recognise them. This book takes you on a journey through 8 core emotions of excitement, surprise, fear, disgust, sadness, anger, trust and joy and offers ideas to help regulate those big emotions. (Created by Laura Loft & Illustrated by Nia Gould).
