    Exeter Phoenix is offering the chance to publish your very own personalised beautiful photobook.

    Our professional tutor, through the use of Adobe Lightroom and online-based photobook platform Blurb, will guide you through the process of making a successful photobook. Suitable for those who are looking to bring together their artistic photographic works, wedding photographs, holiday photographs or family portraits. You will learn how to edit your photographs to get them looking their best and popping out on the page. Along with designing the photobook layout and typography to a professional standard in a style that is unique to you.

    Included in the course price is 1x hard backed (dust cover), 20 x 25 cm (portrait or landscape), 40-page photobook on 118 GSM Semi Matte paper, worth £32 (including p&p). Perfect as presents for family or friends or to showcase a portfolio of your photographic work; simple order more copies through the Blurb website after the course.

    TUTOR

    Vanessa Miles is a professional photographer based in Exeter.

    Her experience is rich and varied in the world of photography. She was a founder member of a women’s photography collective in South London in the early eighties and set up ran the Environmental Picture library in London in the early nineties. She has worked as a freelance picture editor, researcher and as a film stills photographer. Since living in Devon, she works as a wedding, press and events photographer, and photography teacher. She is Exeter Phoenix’s principal photography tutor and teaches photography at Exeter College for adult education. She is a freelance lecturer for higher education and has recently completed an MA at Plymouth University.
