Riso Print Workshop

This half-day workshop, led by Inky Fingers, will assist you to create a series of 50 x 2-colour Riso print posters using a specially requisitioned, vintage Risograph machine*. Combine collaged source material such as newspaper text with marker pens and stencils to create your template and batch of protest flyers or posters.

Workshop leaders will also discuss legal ways of sharing your posters with the wider public and shouting your subversive message to the world!

The workshop takes inspiration from the Exeter Phoenix Gallery exhibition Another Spring, programmed in partnership with Art Week Exeter.

*A Risograph machine is a digital printing system designed for high-speed, cost-efficient printing and photocopying and has been much used by community or pressure groups, activists, grassroots campaigners, radicals and protesters.
