KAP Open Class

New and old participants of any age welcome to experience the beauty of Kundalini Activation Process. KAP is a transmission of life force energy; gently clearing your chakras and awakening your Kundalini energy during the class.

KAP leads to Awakening and the expansion of consciousness. It can and has led to deep insights, healing, trauma release, constructive life changes, connection to higher self, intuition and soul purpose and many other positive side effects. KAP is difficult to put into words but it can be like ‘touching heaven’.

During a class you lie down on a yoga mat, relax and close your eyes. Music is played and I transmit KAP energy to you, sometimes touching you on certain chakra points. You may experience internal and external body movements, emotions, visions, senses and knowings amongst other things. The Transmission is for 1 hour with before and after briefing and sharing.

KAP can be the ‘cherry on the cake’ to a perfect life or the start of monumental change in a difficult one. KAP can be experienced just once or regularly, it is up to you.
