The Young Citizens Academy – the young people’s department and the Centre for Human Rights and Social Equality will host Freedom Soul 2013 for its third annual celebration!

The Young Citizens Academy (YCA) is a department run by young people for young people with the aim to support other ambitious individuals through projects with the support, mentoring and advocacy offered at YCA.

At this year’s Freedom Soul we will celebrate 65 years of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, through young eyes. YCA hope to bring the community together for one night to explore outstanding performances by young people.

The theme this year is to be the eye. The audience will experience young people expressing their vision of the world, what they see through their eyes.
