An informal gallery tour followed by a screening of moving image artworks from a selection of artists.

Exeter Contemporary Open 2016

The annual chance to see a selection of work from the best emerging artists from across the UK selected by Cheryl Jones (Director, Grand Union, Birmingham), George Vasey (art writer and curator, NGCA, Sunderland) and Matt Burrows (Curator, Phoenix Gallery).

This year’s shortlist of eight artists includes Michelle Conway, Jamie Fitzpatrick, Naomi Frears, Susie Green, Brendan Lancaster, James Parkinson, Devlin Shea, Dorine van Meel.

Three further moving image artists, Anne-Marie Creamer, Nick Jordan and Thomas Yeomans have also been selected for inclusion in an accompanying screening programme.
