Come and join Paul for Dance of Unity. Inspired by and loosely based on Biodanza (the therapeutic ‘dance of life’), Dance of Unity will also be freestyle and expressive each in our own way, deep, playful, heart-opening and can make us feel more alive. It also reconnects us to real joy – something that seems to be in short supply these days.

There are no steps to learn and you will be sensitively led thorough a series of individual, pair and group exercises to carefully selected music that foster connection and unity with ourselves and others. Everything is an invitation.

Beginners and all abilities welcome. I look forward to your presence on the dancefloor!
