Creative Journalling is a wonderful way of gathering and exploring creative ideas through image and the written word. It can also be a vehicle to look within as a way of overcoming creative challenges. It may be a medium, an image, a poem or text or a memory triggered which awakens the creative urge . the key is to be open to receiving the inspiration.
Let me take you on a journey, on this 5 week course you will be guided and supported to unleash your imagination and compile a journal documenting your creative thought process, with a view to inspiring future creations, be they written, audio or visual.
