Bookbinding Workshop

One day workshop

Learn bookbinding skills and take home two beautiful handmade books, using handmade and pattern papers and traditional sewing, folding and gluing techniques. On this workshop you will make a small hard cover notebook or sketchbook and a Japanese style binding. You will learn traditional bookbinding skills including measuring, folding and sewing techniques, and take home two beautiful handmade books. All the materials and equipment will be provided.

PROFESSIONAL TUTOR

Megan Stallworthy is a professional bookbinder and teacher and a member of the Devon Guild of Craftsmen. She is an associate lecturer in Bookbinding at Falmouth University.
