Sarah is a practising ceramics and fine artist and is a regular tutor at Exeter Phoenix. Observation of human and natural form (in both 2D and 3D media) has remained central to her interests. Sarah focuses on learning ‘ways to see’, that are key for expressing the world of form around us, and on sharing skills and techniques in an informal atmosphere, which bring out the best creative ideas.
Tuesdays – 10.30am – 1pm.
Workshop attendees get 10% off all food and hot drinks at the Café Bar.
What previous participants enjoyed most about this course/class:
“Sarah was excellent at getting us to ‘see’ in our own way. The progression from mark-making to using colour and also visiting the museum were all great”
“Being encouraged to let go and to try new ways of seeing. It was very liberating to create something, rip it up and create something new. Both the courses I’ve done here have been amazing because of the brilliant teachers Sarah has been so encouraging. Thank you.”
