The Well of Loneliness: A Staged Reading (Part 1)

Radclyffe Hall’s scandalous queer classic comes to life onstage.

You think growing up gay is hard? Try doing it in the early 20th century. The Well of Loneliness is a staging of Radcylffe Hall’s scandalous novel of the same name – a coming of age story about Stephen, a girl with a boy’s name, and their search for an alternative way of love. Hall’s incredible words and storytelling comes to life in this contemporary staged reading full of scandals, tragedies, passion and queer joy.
