D&C Film Emerging Film Fund: Live Pitch
Exeter Phoenix have partnered with D&C Film to offer one Devon or Cornwall based filmmaker access to £800 in cash funding and £1500 of in kind support to support the production of a short film of any genre, which is up to 7 minutes in length.
Four of the best ideas will be invited to pitch their film at Two Short Nights Film Festival on Thu 05 Mar 2026 at a Live Pitch Event, to win the chance to turn their ideas into a short film.
