Alongside presenting programmes showcasing local musicians, he has had responsibilities for training presenters, scheduling output and keeping the station on air behind the scenes. Tom has extensive experience in producing live and recorded content for radio, advising new podcasters to create their podcasts and recently created audio pieces for an art exhibition. Before getting into audio, Tom taught English as a second language to students in Spain and the UK.
