Summer has arrived at Exeter Phoenix!
Join us for a wide range of cask ales, craft beers and local ciders, plus music and entertainment.
Northern Star: Mocha Porter 5.2% ABV
Coffee flavours in dark beer are always a glittering combination. Northern Star Mocha Porter takes this to another level, with ground coffee beans blended to the brew, full of bitterness and hazelnut hints, along with rich dark chocolate and lactose sugar to balance this full bodied dark ale. A collaboration with Leeds North Star Coffee Micro Coffee Roasters, Northern Star will guide you to a new taste experience.
Cwtch: Welsh Red Ale 4.6% ABV
Probably the best word ever. Cwtch (rhymes with butch) can mean either cuddle or cubbyhole. Grab a glass, relax and cwtch up with this untraditional Welsh red ale – a perfect blend of six caramelly malts and three citrussy American hops.
It isnt your average bitter – the hops do more to this deep amber coloured beer than just provide bite. Any old hop can do that! Weve selected some of the most aromatic and tangy hops from the other side of the pond to give this red a fresh hit that complements the caramel flavours of the malts that gives this beer its colour. Drinkability and balance makes this beer.
Neipa 5.5% ABV
New England IPA if you didn’t guess from the name…This was our first go at producing a New England styled beer and what a beer it turned out to be! This little juice bomb was our most popular beer of 2018 and was even featured in Beer52’s South West Beer Box receiving huge accolade. With crazy amount’s of Citra, Mosaic and Equinot expect an abundance of tropical and stone fruit with a clean easy drinking bitter finish.
Vegetarian & Vegan Friendly!
West Coast IPA 4.5% ABV
