A relaxed 4-week Thursday morning yoga series designed to create a calm pause in the week.
This steady, beginner-friendly class will focus on simple movement, space to breathe and reset.
Suitable for those new to yoga or returning to practice. Limited to 8 participants to keep the group small and supportive.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
