After becoming unexpectedly redundant Phillipa Langly (Sally Hawkins) new hobby (amateur archeology) takes her further than expected as her efforts to find King Richard III’s remains lead her to a historical discovery which took on the country’s most eminent historians and forced them to think again about one of the most controversial kings in England’s history.

Starring Steve Coogan and directed by Stephen Frears THE LOST KING combines comedy with drama and tell the life-affirming true story of a woman who refused to be ignored.
