Tech Exeter

Exeter’s largest tech-focused meetup group (900+ members), TechExeter has regular gatherings with three 10-minute lightning talks, Q&As and then networking afterwards. See here >> for this event’s full line-up.

This super-friendly group includes engineers, designers, software developers, data scientists and many more tech-related professions, and is a great opportunity for peer-learning and meeting other professionals.

The informal environment and friendly audience make it a great place to try public speaking and practice presentation skills – we welcome speakers on many different subjects, whether it’s their first or one-hundredth talk!

Run by Kris Sum and Rob Glover, TechExeter is a focus point for all things tech related in the greater Exeter area. Founded in 2011, TechExeter is now supported by Exeter City Council and helps to run events throughout the city, including the Space Apps Hackathon, Lost Weekend Festival, RAMM Gaming events, TechExeter Conference and sister group Digital Exeter.
