SWWAG is a newly formed group of women artists that strive to support each other and develop creative opportunities. The group is region specific with members all based in the Southwest. They welcome artists from all backgrounds including self-taught artists as well as those with established careers.

This exhibition is timed to coincide with International Women’s Day and the theme the group have responded to is “a woman who has inspired you”.

As part of the International Women’s Festival here at Exeter Phoenix on 15 March the group will be running a ‘Crafty Collage’ workshop. Bring along an image of a woman who has inspired you and create a collage with local artist Sarah. All materials provided.
