After taking 2025 off, Rocky Horror Picture Show is back in the Exeter Phoenix auditorium!

Rocky Horror Picture Show is a film to be experienced as an audience, and at this screening participation is encouraged, dress up is encouraged and chaos cherished. 

You are welcome to bring your own props, or upgrade your ticket for a custom built prop package – your host for the evening (Robyn Horror) will welcome you and let you know the house keeping (or Frankenstein Place keeping?) of the evening… we’re riotous AND respectful in this haunted mansion.

Costumes are strongly encouraged, and we have some delightful prizes to give out to some of our favourites, and we have a little more room in the auditorium so there’s space to give the Time Warp your all!

There’ll be DJs in the bar after the film to keep the party going.

What is Dolly’s Film Club?

Dolly’s Film Club is a regular cult film club screening the camp, kitsch, queer, under-appreciated and unapologetically enjoyable side of cinema, but most of all Dolly’s Film Club celebrates the JOY of being an audience. Come by yourself or with your crew, as soon as you come to DFC you’re part of our club.

We launched Dolly’s Film Club Present’s with a screening of Rocky Horror Picture Show as it has the richest history of audience participation, and is a work of art that allows people to revel in the decadence of their less traditional selves, break free of the shackles of societies expectations (even if for one night only) and let their freak flag fly!
