Welcome to a day of fun and festivities in which we will celebrate Exeter’s World Mental Health Day. There will be a veritable extravaganza of stalls, workshops, arts and crafts classes and live music. Everyone is welcome and it’s all for free!

10.15 – 11am – Mindfulness with Julie McNichol (Margaret Jackson Centre)
11.10 – 12.10pm – Circus Skills with Circus Berzercus
12.20 – 1.30pm – Tai Chi with with Stephan Hawkes (Langdon/Stonham)
10 – 11.30am Mandala Making with Chris Barkla (Mind)
11.45 – 1.15pm – Painting with watercolours and acrylics with Chris Sharp (Rethink)
1.30 – 2.45pm – Jewellery Making
3 – 4.30pm – Line Drawing (Mind)
12 – 1.30pm – Sandplay Therapy with Ken Rabone (Dartmoor Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy)
2 – 3pm – Dance Therapy with Helen MacPhee (Dance In Devon)
3.15 – 4.30pm – Circus Skills with Circus Berzercus
Stalls include: Indian Head Massage, Nail Painting, Origami and information from Recovery Devon, Tea and Talk, Stonham/Homegroup, Devon Partnership Trust, The Women’s Network, Rethink Mental Illness, The Project, Mind, Exeter College (In2Work) and many more super worthwhile causes!
