Exeter Seed Bank: Herbal Tea Workshop
Learn about the history, folklore and medicinal qualities of some of our common local herbs and plants with consultant medical herbalist Ile Ashcroft (MA BSc ITEC MURHP)
We will be making up teas and doing lots of tasting.
You will be given advice about what plants to grow in a small medicinal garden so that you can make up your own herbal teas and crucially information about what plants you need to avoid.
