Exeter Laughter Lab returns to Exeter Phoenix this July with another huge night of live stand-up comedy, headlined by one of the UK’s most recognisable and consistently brilliant comedians, Marcus Brigstocke.

Marcus Brigstocke has been one of the leading voices in British comedy for over two decades, known for his sharp wit, intelligent writing, and effortlessly engaging stage presence. A regular on television and radio, audiences will recognise Marcus from shows such as Live at the Apollo, Have I Got News For You, Mock the Week, QI, and his long-running appearances on BBC Radio 4’s The Now Show. His stand-up is smart, insightful, and packed with big laughs, making him one of the most respected and reliable headliners on the UK comedy circuit.

Opening the show is the fantastic Luke Honnoraty, a fast-rising act known for his warm delivery and brilliantly observed material. Luke’s natural stage presence and quick wit make him a perfect act to kick the night off and get the room laughing from the start.

Hosting the evening is Tom Glover, a hugely experienced MC who has become a firm favourite with audiences across the South West. With sharp crowd work and a relaxed, playful style, Tom brings the room together and keeps the energy high throughout the night.

Exeter Laughter Lab is a mixed bill comedy show featuring some of the best acts working in UK comedy today, all performing live at Exeter Phoenix for a full evening of laughter.
