HALF DAY COURSE

These workshops are aimed at individual and small creative business’. Whether you are an artist, maker or musician these are practical, digital marketing workshops, to help you grow your business.

Pinterest is the platform that we can get lost in very easily! Full of incredible images, inspiration and information, it is impossible to limit the time you spend on it… But how can you use it for your own business? What benefits does it have for you and how can you make the most out of it?

This practical workshop will look at;

• How to use Pinterest
• Business accounts
• What are the benefits for you?
• How can you encourage followers?
• How can it help you?
• Understanding keywords and descriptions
• What visuals to use and how to create them

We will be hands on so please bring your chosen electronic device – whether you prefer to use a laptop or a tablet. Please sign up to a business Pinterest account beforehand (if you need support with this please get in touch prior to the workshop.) 

We will look at different creative Pinterest accounts to see who uses it well, and to help you get inspired! We will get a plan of action together so that you can leave the session ready to build your boards!

We will be keeping this workshop small so there will be plenty of opportunity for some one on one advice and support. There will also be plenty of opportunities to network with your fellow creative friends.

 Becky Craven is a Devon based creative who has 20 years of marketing experience working with well known companies including Nestle, Timberland, Clarks, Virgin, Boots plus 1000’s of entrepreneurs and has since developed a successful career in photography after completing an MA Photography.
