A chance to sample some new beers and ciders and see some of the best new bands from the area.


Friday

no ordinary fish Exeter-local 4 piece band who write and record catchy, original songs. They relaunched the band in late 2023 with their latest release, Adverse Camber, 4 years after their debut album, and have received strong support from Phonic FM and other radio stations. Expect a range of genres and strong vocal harmonies.

Obvious Reasons – 4 piece Hard Indie Rock band from the South West, based mostly around Exeter. They have headlined Move Live, attracted large crowds at The Cavern and supported Scouting For Girls at Festival on the Hills. You can expect heavy riffs and strong beats that knock rock out of the park.

Altered Earl – Hailing from Exeter, Altered Earl play upbeat, original music that transcends the genres of Hip Hop, Rock, Funk, Folk, Reggae and Blues.

The Curve – 4 piece, Plymouth based band, playing original indie funk music with influences from the 80s and 90s.

Saturday

New Relic – Since playing at our New Band Showcase in February, the 3 piece rock band have performed at Mr Wolf’s in Bristol, headlined Exeter Cavern and played a fully filmed and produced Tazma Studio Live Session.

Kwaabi – Solo self produced artist from Exeter with infectious beats and conceptual themes. Expect to lose yourself in his poetic storytelling and feel the multi-genre influence of his original songs.

3 days of Wonder – A young Devon based band with a refreshing sound of 80s & 90s rock vibes, performing and writing anthemic songs that combine influences such as the Foo Fighters, The Police, U2 and The Script.

The Vive 4 piece rock n roll band from Torbay channelling influences from Oasis, The Who, Arctic Monkeys, The Jam, Kasabian, The Stone Roses, The Beatles and Jimi Hendrix. Since performing at Boardmasters last year, they have released two singles and are set to record their first EP.
