Dance and sensory play for children under 4 and their grown-ups.

Join Sam for a boogie with the babes starting with a warm up together, ready to dance along to our favourite club classics from the 90s to now, with fun nursery rhymes sprinkled in between. There will be scarves and instruments to play along with the disco bangers!

For the adults – Sam invites you to join in, limber up and shake it out with your little one, however that looks for you. Then to cool down, we’ll shimmy over to the snacks / teas & coffees, to reboot, ready for the rest of the day.

This is a fun, easygoing session for you and your child to enjoy together. Babies and children are welcome just as they are. Breast/bottle feeding is welcome and there will be a nappy changing area available.
